Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the AskMeUp quiz application. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using AskMeUp, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.
2. Account Registration
You must sign in using Google Authentication to use AskMeUp. We collect your display name, email, and profile photo for account creation and leaderboard features. You are responsible for maintaining account security.
3. Quiz Participation
Users earn points by completing quizzes. Points determine leaderboard rankings visible to all users. We reserve the right to review and adjust scores for suspected fraudulent activity or cheating.
4. User Conduct
Users must not engage in cheating, harassment, or any behavior that disrupts the fair play environment. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these standards.
5. Leaderboard & Data
Your quiz performance and ranking are visible to other users via the public leaderboard. This includes your display name, photo, and points earned. Participation implies consent to this visibility.
6. Service Availability
We strive to maintain consistent service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect service availability.
7. Content & Intellectual Property
All quiz UI contents and app features are owned by Ejaz' Apps. Users may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without explicit written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
AskMeUp is provided "as is" without warranties. Ejaz' Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
9. Updates to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via the app or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
