1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Artly, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. Account & Authentication

Artly does not require account creation or authentication. You can use the app without signing in. No personal login details are collected.

3. Image Generation

Artly allows users to generate AI-powered images in multiple styles (realistic, anime, artistic, digital art, etc.) and qualities (draft, standard, high, ultra). Each user may generate up to 5 images per day.

4. Ads & Monetization

The app is free to use and supported by advertisements. By using Artly, you agree that ads may be shown within the app.

5. User Conduct

Users must not misuse the app, including generating illegal, harmful, or offensive content. We reserve the right to restrict usage for violations of these standards.

6. Service Availability

Artly relies on third-party AI services (Hugging Face API) to generate images. While we strive to provide consistent access, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability and may perform updates or maintenance.

7. Content & Intellectual Property

Artly and its features are owned by Ejaz' Apps. The AI-generated images are created using third-party models. Users may use generated images for personal purposes, but commercial use may be subject to the respective AI model’s license.

8. Limitation of Liability

Artly is provided "as is" without warranties. Ejaz' Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Updates to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
